Hello 2017! I expect great things from this year. 2016 was definitely a period of growth for me. The past year has presented me with many hurdles to jump over and I expect that 2017 will be the same. Every year presents its own challenges but it all depends on our mindset. If you accept your situation and decide to take action to better it, then it will get better. It is important to recognize if you can change your situation. If you can, then you should.
Enough, philosophical talk. Let’s talk about what we all do for NYE. Any fun plans? For the last day, I went shopping, went out to dinner with the family, saw La La Land for the second time and went to a family’s NYE party. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better way to end 2016. The next day, my family decided to head down to Huntington Beach to kick off the new year. Honestly, I love going to the beach. The cold wind and sound of the waves are really relaxing. My mother’s resolution is to go to the beach more often since we live so close. I think that’s a great resolution. Here is my list of some resolutions.
What are your resolutions? I am really excited to read one book a week, but we will see what happens. I may have to adjust some of these goals.
