|Shaken House Fries $13|
Pronounced like "soup," not "sup." Don't worry, I made the exact same mistake. The shaken house fries is why everybody visits Sup Noodle Bar. These extra crispy fries are smothered in garlic, caramelized onions, sharp cheddar cheese and spicy tarter sauce! Yum! Typically, the shaken house fries also comes with meat but I am a vegetarian so the ingredients were altered just a little bit. Despite the change, the fries were still delicious and serve as a great alternate for a "healthy" meal. Personally, I couldn't eat more than a fourth of it. If you are coming down to Sup Noodle for some fries, make sure to bring along a couple of friends.
Sup Noodle Bar has other great menu options like pho. If you are want a mix of fries and a meal then I would suggest ordering the "Lomo Saltado Fries," which are thick fries that are topped with tomatoes, red onions, white wine soy sauce, Aji Verde Aioli on top of white rice. A perfect combination of fries and "real food."
