Jack Gellar walks in the door of his daughter's apartment. Chandler being courteous, takes off his coat for his and adds, "Is it snowing out there?" Jack then responds with "No." Although this is most definitely an embarrassing situation for Chandler, it is also equally mortifying for Jack. Imagine, someone calling you out for having dandruff! I can definitely relate to the feeling of embarrassment that Jack was probably feeling. Nobody has ever commented on my dandruff, but it has been an issue with me in the past.
Dandruff has constantly been a nuisance in my life for about 3 years. I couldn't figure it out. I read online that it was due to stress that I was getting dandruff as well as weather change. I tried to do mediation and yoga. While this may have reduced my dandruff, it definitely didn't go away still. I was using Head and Shoulders, which really only temporarily masked the problem and didn't solve it. As the years rolled by, I kept researching how to address my dandruff. I asked hair dressers about the problem and nobody could really give me a direct answer on how to get rid of dandruff. Every time I researched the problem, I kept getting an endless list of items that I should buy.
After a little more research, I have found a solution: apple cider vinegar. I didn't believe it would work, but it did. It is even crazier because it worked after only ONE use. It was a mix of happiness and being annoyed after I found the solution. I could have been doing this for the last years! I wish I took a "before" and "after" picture because the difference was night and day. One moment I had dandruff and then absolutely nothing. So here is how you can address those pesky flakes.
How to Get Rid of Your Dandruff Naturally:
- Mix half a cup of water with half a cup of apple vinegar.
- Massage the apple vinegar/ water miss onto your scalp for about ten minutes.
- Shower and use your standard shampoo and conditioner to wash away the dandruff.
- Repeat this process whenever necessary.
You may have your doubts on this, but give it a try. You have absolutely nothing to lose! Amazon sells apple cider vinegar for pretty good price. Let me know if this has helped you out.
